We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Paisley. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and consistent workload due to continued business growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the production process, taking technical drawings and transforming them into high-quality fabricated components before passing them to the finishing team.
Key Responsibilities
*Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings
*Fabricate and weld components to a high standard
*Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the build process
*Work collaboratively with the wider production team
*Prepare completed items for finishing (coating/sanding)
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator
*Ability to read and understand technical drawings
*Strong attention to detail and quality standards
*Experience working with structural steel or similar materials
*Reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
