Location: Knaresborough
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday plus 1 in 10 Saturdays

We are supporting a fast paced, customer focused organisation seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator.

This is a key operational role working within a structured, prestigious environment, ensuring customer applications move smoothly from approval through to completion. You will play an important part in maintaining efficient workflows, resolving issues and delivering a seamless end to end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
*Manage customer applications from approval through to completion
*Coordinate with customers and third parties to progress cases efficiently
*Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact timelines
*Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems
*Provide clear and consistent updates to customers throughout the process
*Support efforts to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency
*Handle inbound enquiries when required, delivering a high standard of service

Skills & Experience:
*Previous administration or customer service experience
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
*Excellent attention to detail
*Positive, proactive and team focused approach
*Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms

In return, you will receive a basic salary of £25,600 per annum with commission taking your earnings up to £30,000 or above plus excellent benefits.
