Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the retail, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team based in Harrogate.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
*Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
*Degree within architectural technology
*Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
*Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
*CIAT chartership is advantageous
*Experience managing projects within the retail sector is desirable
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
