One of Tiger’s longest-standing clients is looking for a Team EA to provide dedicated support to a number of senior executives within a fast-paced and professional environment. This is a fast growing boutique financial services firm specialises in infrastructure investment across Europe and the USA.

The team culture is collaborative and high-performing and they are looking for an experienced EA to come in and hit the ground running.

Duties include:
*Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple regions and time zones
*Coordinating international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistical planning
*Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of senior executives
*Supporting meetings, projects and business initiatives to ensure deadlines are achieved
*Preparing expense submissions and maintaining accurate records
*Building effective relationships across the organisation and wider business network
*Providing support across the wider administrative team when required
*Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
About you:
*Proven experience within a similar role from within financial services
*Cool, calm and collected in your everyday work, even under time pressure
*Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
*Highly proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented
*Team player
