Daily Duties
*Produce creative design solutions across all RIBA work stages
*Develop planning, technical and construction information
*Prepare drawings, specifications and presentation material using Revit/BIM
*Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
*Attend design team and client meetings
*Ensure projects comply with planning and building regulations
*Support project delivery to programme and budget
*Contribute to design reviews and collaborative workshops
Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)
*Several years to extensive experience dependant on the level
*Strong design and technical ability
*Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages
*Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
*Passion for high-quality architecture and sustainable design
