Salary: £114 per day - increases after 12 weeks

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive primary school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in Southwark to support in a Resource Base for children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Working in a small class for children with additional needs to deliver the curriculum and boost their confidence and skills.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
*Either a Level 4 + qualification and/or a degree with QTS
*Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
*Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
