About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly 60-place nursery in Tower Hamlets. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care, supporting children’s learning and development, and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s daily routines, planning engaging activities, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring full compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.


Key Duties and Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality care - Provide warm, responsive and consistent care that supports children’s wellbeing and development.

*Plan and deliver activities - Contribute to planning, preparing and leading stimulating, age-appropriate learning experiences.

*Support children’s development - Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework.

*Safeguarding & compliance - Follow all safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted requirements to maintain a safe environment.

*Build positive relationships - Work closely with parents, carers and colleagues to support each child’s individual needs.

*Room organisation - Help maintain an organised, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

*Team collaboration - Work effectively with the nursery team, contributing to a supportive and professional culture.

*Record keeping - Maintain accurate observations, reports and documentation in line with statutory requirements.



About You*Level 3 childcare qualification (or above).

*Experience working in an early years setting.

*Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development.

*Warm, caring and professional approach with children and families.

*Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

*Passionate about providing high-quality early years education.
