Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming schools across Manchester, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language needs, Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help children achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Your Role:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.

*Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning activities.

*Encourage independence, confidence, and social development.

*Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.

*Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school or care setting preferred).

*A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

*A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
