Tradewind Recruitment are working with a number of successful secondary schools in Hackney seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support learning across a range of subjects.
This role offers excellent classroom experience before teacher training.
The RoleYou will:
*Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Deliver small group interventions.
*Provide one-to-one academic support.
*Assist students with classroom activities.
*Help prepare learning resources.
*Encourage student engagement and confidence.
The Ideal CandidateYou will:
*Hold a degree.
*Be enthusiastic about education.
*Have excellent communication skills.
*Be confident working with young people.
*Be reliable, proactive and adaptable.
*Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
