Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:
*Support students with a range of special educational needs.
*Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
*Assist teachers in adapting learning materials.
*Encourage independence and confidence.
*Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
*Help create an inclusive learning environment.
We Are Looking ForApplicants should have:
*Experience working with children or young people.
*Knowledge of SEN such as Autism, ADHD or Speech & Language needs.
*Strong communication skills.
*Patience, empathy and resilience.
*A positive and proactive attitude.
*An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
