A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Administrator to join a successful and growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice in Barnet.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate, school leaver, or someone looking to begin a career in financial planning. Full training will be provided, alongside study support towards professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing administrative support to the Adviser and Paraplanner
*Processing new business applications
*Preparing client documentation and review packs
*Updating and maintaining client records
*Liaising with clients, providers, and platforms
*Assisting with onboarding new clients
*Managing correspondence and diary scheduling
*Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
About You
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good organisational and time-management abilities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Interest in financial services and wealth management
*Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
