Science Technician
Location: Enfield
Salary: £105-£130 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full Time | Term Time Only
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Science Technician to support thriving secondary schools across Enfield.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a science background looking to work within education.
The RoleResponsibilities include:
*Preparing equipment and materials for practical science lessons.
*Maintaining laboratories and ensuring equipment is safe and functional.
*Managing chemical stock and inventory.
*Supporting teachers during practical experiments.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Assisting with ordering resources and maintaining laboratory organisation.
We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will:
*Have previous laboratory or school technician experience (desirable).
*Possess strong organisational skills.
*Have excellent attention to detail.
*Be confident working independently.
*Have a science qualification or relevant experience.
*Be committed to supporting outstanding teaching and learning.
