Full job descriptionWe are seeking a Client Advisor to join a busy Commercial Insurance team within a well-established independent brokerage. You will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, helping to manage their insurance needs from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Working closely with Client Executives and insurers, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent client outcomes while developing your technical knowledge of commercial insurance.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
*Provide technical administration across commercial insurance policies
*Liaise with insurers to secure appropriate cover for clients
*Handle client queries, claims support and policy updates
*Ensure accurate records and compliance with FCA requirements
*Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
*Support payment processing and premium finance arrangements
About You
*Experience in a regulated or FCA-compliant environment
*Background in general insurance or strong client service experience
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Confident working independently and as part of a team
*Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Desirable
*Knowledge of commercial insurance
*Progress towards CII qualifications
*Experience using Acturis or similar systems
