We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme, leading business analysis across high-profile M&A, carve-out and separation initiatives.

Responsibilities
*Lead business analysis across large-scale M&A, carve-out and divestment programmes.
*Define BA standards, methodologies and best practices.
*Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements and drive delivery.
*Lead and mentor Business Analysts across multiple workstreams.
*Support enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
*Drive process improvement, automation and AI-enabled change.
Experience Needed
*Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on enterprise transformation programmes is essential.
*Strong background in Transformations, M&A, Carve-outs or Separations
*Experience delivering across multiple workstreams.
*Knowledge of ERP, CRM or enterprise technology transformation.
*Exposure to automation or AI initiatives is desirable.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
