We’re partnering exclusively with a household name in the South West to recruit a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support the delivery of data-led customer engagement.


This is a role focused on using data and marketing technology to build scalable solutions that enable targeting, personalisation and optimisation across customer journeys.




The Role:
*Develop and implement scalable approaches to audience selection and customer communication in the business
*Turn business needs into practical, workable technical solutions within marketing systems
*Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and shape effective delivery plans
*Play a role in evolving how the organisation structures and uses data for customer engagement
*Ensure all work meets required standards for data accuracy, governance and compliance
*Spot opportunities to extend or repurpose solutions across wider use cases
*Deliver enhancements to how marketing technology is used to support engagement activity


We’re Looking For:
*Hands-on experience working with tools used for customer targeting and tailored communications - exact systems and tools experience is not required
*Comfortable working closely with data, including interrogating and manipulating datasets and using cloud data platforms
*Good understanding of how data is generated, structured and made usable for campaigns
