Salary:£75,000 - £80,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped OTE circa £100,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing business and play a key role in its continued success.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring the sales team, and identifying new commercial opportunities. The role offers a mix of office-based working and client visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
*Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
*Drive new business acquisition while growing existing client relationships.
*Set ambitious sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
*Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Identify new markets and revenue opportunities.
*Work closely with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
*Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
*Foster a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous improvement.
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious sales leader with a proven track record of delivering growth and inspiring teams.
You’ll have:
*Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role.
*A history of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
*Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
*Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
*Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
*A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach.
*A passion for winning new business and developing high-performing teams.
Essential experience:
Experience withinelectrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities managementis essential.
What’s on Offer
*£75,000 - £80,000 basic salary.
