Key Responsibilities*Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support.
*Produce accurate monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
*Deliver meaningful analysis to support strategic business decisions.
*Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
*Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
*Challenge and support operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
*Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and investments.
*Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
*Support and develop members of the finance team.
*Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with company policies.
Key Criteria: *Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Previous experience operating within a Finance Manager or similar commercial finance position.
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
*Proactive, ambitious and keen to develop within a growing organisation.
*Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems.
