We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a stylish, modern independent practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care alongside luxury eye wear and a truly personalised experience.
The RoleAs an Optical Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in delivering a premium customer journey from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
*Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
*Ensuring a seamless handover to the Optometrist
*Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
*Offering personalised styling advice on designer frames, sunglasses and accessories
*Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
*Supporting patients with contact lens teaches
*Helping create a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
