The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy distribution and manufacturing site. This is a hands-on position within a collaborative team, ensuring products are handled efficiently and orders are fulfilled to a high standard.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
*Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
About You
*Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is desirable
*Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
*Good attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
