Key Responsibilities*Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio
*Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing constructive feedback and on-the-job coaching
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the audit process
*Preparing audit files and financial statements to a high standard, ready for Partner review
*Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the growth of the client base
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist stage) with a solid grounding in external audit
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to handle complex audit assignments
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing client and stakeholder relationships
*A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ambition to progress within a growing firm
