In this position, you will take responsibility for managing and developing a varied portfolio of clients, predominantly owner-managed businesses and SMEs across a range of sectors. Your day-to-day work will involve the preparation and review of accounts, management accounts, and statutory compliance, whilst also acting as a trusted point of contact for clients seeking guidance on financial matters. The firm is well established in the Truro market and benefits from a collaborative team culture, offering a structured environment in which talented individuals can genuinely thrive and progress.

Key Responsibilities*Preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts for a diverse client portfolio
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering proactive advice and support on financial and compliance matters
*Assisting with the training and development of junior members of the team
*Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and supporting clients with wider compliance requirements
*Contributing to the ongoing development of client relationships and supporting business growth
Requirements*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist, or qualified by experience
*Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and statutory compliance
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships
*Self-motivated and well-organised, with the ability to manage a varied workload to deadlines
