Key Responsibilities*Leading and managing a portfolio of audit engagements from planning through to completion and sign-off
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for a varied portfolio
*Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance and feedback to junior team members
*Contributing to business development activity, including proposal preparation and client presentations
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience in audit
*Proven experience managing multiple audit engagements and client relationships simultaneously
*Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and relevant auditing standards
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience of developing and coaching junior staff
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
