Key Responsibilities*Lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied and complex client portfolio
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser at senior level
*Manage, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level members of the tax team
*Work closely with partners on business development initiatives and new client opportunities
*Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the tax department
Requirements*CTA and/or ACA qualified, with significant corporate tax experience gained in a practice environment
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio and deliver high-quality advisory work
*Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing others
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
