Salary: Up to £33,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a varied onsite role where you can make a real difference to end users?
We’re looking for a customer-focused 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing technology team, providing hands-on support across a busy business environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users face-to-face, and working with a wide range of modern Microsoft technologies.
What you’ll be doing
*Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware, software and user issues.
*Supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
*Configuring, deploying and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment.
*Managing user accounts, onboarding and offboarding processes.
*Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
*Logging, updating and resolving tickets within agreed service levels.
*Assisting with system updates, endpoint security and small IT projects.
*Working closely with senior technical teams to resolve more complex issues.
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT Support or similar technical support role.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
*Experience supporting end-user devices and peripherals.
*Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
*A customer-first approach with strong communication skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Experience with Active Directory or helpdesk systems would be advantageous.
