Your responsibilities as Rehabilitation Support Worker
*Follow established routines and rehabilitation programmes within the home and community
*Provide prompts and assistance with personal care when required
*Household management and daily living activities
*Encourage participation in social, leisure, fitness, and voluntary activities
*Accompany and support attendance at appointments, events, and community activities
*Follow professional recommendations to support ongoing rehabilitation goals
What we’re looking for in a Rehabilitation Support Worker
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification/experience
*Previous experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injury
*Understanding of rehabilitation-focused support and community-based care
*Ability to satisfy enhanced DBS clearance requirements

Working Hours
Part-time flexible working pattern including weekday, weekend, and sleep shifts on a rota basis.
