Beyond Talent Solutions are delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building strong customer relationships, takes pride in maintaining healthy cash flow, and is looking to join a friendly, supportive finance team within a successful manufacturing business.


The role will include:
*Managing the sales ledger and customer accounts
*Chasing outstanding invoices by telephone and email
*Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
*Resolving invoice and payment queries
*Allocating customer payments accurately
*Reconciling customer accounts
*Producing aged debtor reports and monitoring overdue balances
*Escalating overdue accounts where appropriate
*Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries
*Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance duties as required


About you:
*Previous experience in a Credit Control role
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
*Organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
*Available to start at short notice would be beneficial
