Contract: Full-Time or Flexible Supply
Pay: £93 - £100 per day via PAYE
Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference in children’s education?
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a career in education, including future teacher training, or who simply want to develop transferable skills while working with young people.
Whether you’re looking for flexible daily supply work or a longer-term placement, we’ll help you find a role that matches your experience, availability, and career goals.
What you’ll be doing:* Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and development
* Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in education
What we’re looking for:* A degree (2:2 or above preferred - any subject considered)
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support you through the process)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
