Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to join a growing manufacturing business with a full order book and an exciting future?
Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for a hands-on Credit Controller to join a friendly and supportive finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a stable business where your experience will make a real difference to cash flow and customer relationships.
The RoleAs Credit Controller, you will take ownership of the sales ledger and credit control function, building strong relationships with customers while ensuring outstanding debts are collected professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities*Managing the B2B credit control process across a portfolio of customer accounts
*Chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email
*Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
*Resolving invoice queries quickly by liaising with internal departments
*Allocating incoming payments and maintaining accurate customer accounts
*Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
*Producing aged debtor reports for management
*Negotiating payment plans where appropriate
*Supporting month-end processes and reporting
*Assisting with ad hoc finance duties when required
About You*Previous experience working as a Credit Controller
*Strong B2B credit control background
*Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
*Ability to build positive customer relationships whilst collecting outstanding debt
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*Able to work independently and as part of a busy finance team
