Salary: Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour plus 12.5% shift allowance
Working hours / Days: Days & Afters Rotation (Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm-10pm)
Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a manufacturing business in Sheffield. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and quality standards, while supporting and developing inspection activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Visual inspection of components to ensure quality standards are met.
*Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
*Recording inspection results using Microsoft Excel.
*Using measuring equipment including callipers and verniers.
*Rejecting batches that do not meet required standards.
*Operating blasting equipment as part of the final operations process.
*Supporting line checks and maintaining production quality.
Experience
*Previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
*Ability to read and follow instructions and engineering drawings.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Good computer literacy and communication skills.
*A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to support production requirements.
