You’ll be given ownership of your own portfolio of clients while receiving ongoing support, mentoring and professional development from experienced colleagues.
The role
As an Insurance Advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their individual needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. No two conversations are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role where your communication and problem-solving skills will really make a difference. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to move into a more rewarding profession, full training will be provided alongside support to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.

* Enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships.
* Has excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
* Takes pride in delivering great customer service.
* Is motivated to learn and develop professionally.
* May currently be working in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales and is looking for a genuine career opportunity.
* Has a positive attitude and enjoys finding tailored solutions rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
* Is ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business.
Previous insurance experience isn’t essential – personality, attitude and willingness to learn are far more important.
