Bridging Finance
Cardiff
We are very pleased to be working with a well-established Bridging lender, on their search for a Telephone Business Development Manager, based in their Cardiff office.
This is an office based role, you will provide the first point of contact for introducers. Responsibilities include:
*Generating leads within the market
*Ensure there is a robust pipeline of opportunities
*Follow up new business opportunities
*Set up meetings for the Divisional Director
*Undertake research into specific locations prior to setting up meetings
*Build relationships with new clients
*Provide backup for the Divisional Director, including answering telephone calls, texts and emails
*Ensure that data is correctly stored and update on the company’s CRM system
*Attend and contribute to sales meetings
*Send broker packs out
*Track and record activity on accounts
*Submit weekly progress reports
Skills and Experience:
*Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional
*Experience within the bridging finance sector is ideal
*2 years experience in generating leads
*Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services
*Detailed knowledge of the bridging market is highly desirable
*Enthusiasm, drive and passion with a strong desire to ’win’ new business.
*Excellent Computer skills
