We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank.
This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in to a Business Development role in the future.
The role:
*Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
*Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases
*Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file set up, amendments
*Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle
*Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
*Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting
*Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting
*Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience:
*Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
*Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams
*Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential
