Customer Service Advisor (Key Account Support)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is more than a traditional customer service role—it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner to our customers and field sales team, supporting key accounts, collaborating across departments, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service from order through to delivery. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing and Accounts, you’ll help drive customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing customer orders received via email and web portals.
*Responding promptly to customer enquiries and providing effective solutions.
*Managing customer complaints through our internal systems, ensuring timely resolution.
*Supporting our Key Account customers by delivering excellent service and maintaining strong relationships.
*Working closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve customer issues.
*Liaising with our manufacturing and distribution partners in Belgium.
*Becoming knowledgeable about our products, promotions, pricing and new product launches.
*Supporting the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Account Support
You’ll also work alongside our Business Development Managers and Sales Team to support strategic customer accounts by:
*Preparing reports and analysing customer, sales and service performance.
*Monitoring customer activity, trends and service metrics.
*Providing updates on complaints, logistics and order fulfilment performance.
*Producing professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer meetings.
*Attending customer meetings independently or alongside the Sales Team.
*Supporting business reviews and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll bring:
*Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Support or Account Support role.
*Experience supporting Key Accounts or working closely with Sales teams would be highly advantageous.
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
*Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
*Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
