Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career within a well-established automotive group, offering competitive remuneration, comprehensive benefits, and career progression options.
Benefits:
*Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £35,000, including bonuses
*22 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break
*Rotational Saturday mornings (1 in 4) from 9am to 1pm
*Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities
*Modern dealership premises with a customer-focused approach
Duties of theParts Advisor:
*Assisting customers with parts purchases, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism
*Managing parts stock, procurement, and inventory to meet workshop requirements
*Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
*Maintaining an organised and tidy parts department
*Supporting workshop and service departments with accurate parts provision
*Providing expert advice on parts and accessories to customers, enhancing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade sector
*Strong understanding of automotive parts and stock management processes
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
