Full job descriptionOur client, a reputable independent garage located in Bromsgrove is actively seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a stable position in a well-established environment with work hours that support a healthy work-life balance.

Benefits:
*Basic salary of £37,500 - £42,000, depending on experience
*Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm), with no weekend work
*28 days holiday including bank holidays
*Modern, fully-equipped 10-ramp workshop
*Supportive team environment within a reputable independent garage
*Opportunity to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
*Conduct vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
*Diagnose complex faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
*Complete work efficiently and to a high standard as a Vehicle Technician
*Perform vehicle health checks and identify additional repair needs
*Assist with MOT preparation where required
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
*Complete job cards and workshop documentation accurately
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
*Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Confident in clutch and cambelt repairs
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
*Full UK driving licence
