We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a respected and growing surveying practice covering Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of residential surveys and valuations, delivering expert advice and exceptional service to clients across the region.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Conduct RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
*Undertake residential property valuations, including private valuations
*Carry out residential and commercial property inspections
*Complete HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys (training available if required)
*Deliver surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice
*Provide professional advice and support to clients throughout the survey process
*Maintain accurate reports and documentation
*Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*AssocRICS or MRICS qualified (VRS registration preferred)
*Degree qualified in Surveying or a related discipline
*Membership of, or working towards membership of, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
*Strong technical knowledge of residential construction and building defects
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
*Basic salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
*Realistic OTE of £60,000 - £65,000
*Monthly performance-related bonus
*£400 per month car allowance (£4,800 annually)
