About the RoleWe are looking for an organised, customer-focused Event Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and supporting clients throughout the event booking process.
Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and ensuring events are planned efficiently.
Key Responsibilities*Respond promptly to event enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
*Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
*Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages tailored to customer requirements.
*Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting agreed sales targets.
*Coordinate event details with operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
*Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM or booking systems.
*Conduct venue show rounds and meetings with prospective clients.
*Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
*Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
*Support marketing initiatives, promotional events, and networking opportunities where required.
*Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
About YouWe are looking for someone who has:
*Experience in sales, event sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
*A proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
*Good attention to detail and administrative skills.
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM or booking systems.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required for events or client meetings.

Working HoursThis is a full-time position. Some flexibility may be required to support client meetings or events outside standard business hours.
