The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing payroll provider with a strong reputation and a clear plan to scale.
You will take ownership of new business growth across payroll bureau services, working with recruitment agencies and businesses that require reliable, compliant, and scalable payroll solutions.
The business already has an established client base and a strong platform to build from. You will be given the freedom to develop your own pipeline, supported by a credible brand, proven delivery, and a leadership team that understands sales.

The Role
You will be responsible for winning new clients and developing long-term commercial partnerships.
Key areas of focus include:
*Identifying and engaging recruitment agencies and businesses requiring payroll bureau services
*Generating new business through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
*Managing the full sales process from first contact through to signed agreements
*Building strong relationships with decision makers including Directors and Business Owners
*Presenting tailored payroll bureau solutions based on client needs
*Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
This is a pure new business role, suited to someone who enjoys opening doors and building revenue from scratch.
