Mobile/HybridThe Role We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Account Manager to join the NHS Supply Chain: Food team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll partner with NHS Trusts to drive value, deliver savings, and grow managed spend across your portfolio.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the NHS benefits from best-in-class procurement solutions.
About Us Foodbuy is a leading food procurement organisation delivering innovative supply chain solutions across the UK and Europe. Since being awarded the NHS food procurement contract, we’ve built a specialist team dedicated to improving service, delivering efficiencies, and generating savings for the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities *Build and manage strong relationships with NHS stakeholders to drive growth and savings
*Identify opportunities through analysis of spend, purchasing trends, and risk
*Develop and maintain a pipeline of activity to deliver against KPIs and targets
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service improvements and meet client needs
*Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of account activity
What We’re Looking For *Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and achieving targets
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
*Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
*Confident communicator with strong influencing ability
*Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience *Background in food, hospitality, or FMCG
*Experience within procurement or managed service environments
