Working as part of a successful team, you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, register applicants and build strong relationships with clients.
The role also involves generating new business opportunities, progressing transactions and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
*Conducting viewings on both sales and lettings properties
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
*Progressing sales and lettings transactions through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
*Carrying out market appraisals and generating new business opportunities

*Previous estate agency experience preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident and professional approach with clients
*Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
*Well-presented, enthusiastic and self-motivated
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Full UK driving licence essential
*Own vehicle required
