Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a permanent basis, to join an organisation based in Essex.
Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:
*Leading and developing a frontline housing team
*Managing tenancy, lettings, voids and income collection
*Overseeing ASB cases, complaints and estate management
*Managing responsive repairs and contractor performance
*Monitoring KPIs, budgets and service standards
*Carrying out estate inspections and driving service improvements
*Ensuring housing policies remain compliant and up to date
The successful candidate for the Housing Officer will have:
*Full UK Driving Licence
