Are you an enthusiastic, confident communicator who enjoys speaking with businesses and building relationships over the telephone?
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a proactive Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our expanding team based in Pudsey (LS28).
Working alongside an experienced team of Business Development Consultants, your role will focus on introducing our wide range of partner businesses to prospective clients across the UK. You will identify key decision makers, generate interest in our partners’ services and arrange qualified appointments for our consultants to attend.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting or business development experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will:
*Contact businesses across a variety of industry sectors to introduce our partners’ services.
*Identify and research key decision makers within target organisations.
*Generate qualified business-to-business appointments for our Business Development Consultants.
*Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
*Manage follow-up activity and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline.
*Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate customer information and activity.
*Keep spreadsheets and internal databases fully up to date.
*Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, opportunities and outcomes.
*Produce daily and weekly reports on call activity, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
*Work closely with the wider sales, marketing and business development teams.
*Attend team meetings, coaching sessions and ongoing sales training.
*Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer engagement and appointment conversion rates.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous telesales, appointment setting, outbound sales or B2B sales experience.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Confidence speaking with business owners and senior decision makers.
*A positive, resilient and self-motivated attitude.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*The ability to work towards individual and team targets.
*A professional and enthusiastic telephone manner.
