What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager / Property Management Team Leader:
*Lead, support and develop the property management team through training, mentoring and day-to-day guidance
*Oversee the management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance and service standards are consistently achieved
*Act as the senior point of contact for complex landlord and tenant enquiries and dispute resolution
*Manage maintenance issues, instruct contractors and ensure repairs are completed efficiently
*Monitor compliance requirements including health and safety regulations, statutory checks and current legislation
*Review departmental performance, identify improvements and implement processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

*Previous experience within residential property management
*Experience leading, mentoring or supervising a team
*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance requirements
*Ability to manage complex landlord and tenant situations professionally
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to improving processes
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
