Full job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a temporary basis for holiday cover. The role is based outside of easy public transport routes so ideally you would need to drive /have access to a vehicle for this role.
Key duties;
*Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk for any visitors or deliveries
*Ensure reception area remains tidy and professional
*Assist with signing in visitors and notifying relevant staff
*Answer occasional phone calls and direct queries appropriately
*Monitor access to the building and follow security procedures
*Handle incoming mail and deliveries
*Be available to support ad hoc administrative tasks if needed
*Maintain a calm and professional demeanour during quieter periods
*Liaise with facilities or management if any issues arise
*Ensure continuity of front desk operations during regular receptionist’s absence
