Job Description:
Full job descriptionA long standing client of ours are looking for a Hospitality Team leader to join their well established team and provide excellent service to their hospitality sector.
Responsibilities include:
*Overseeing the Hospitality Team
*Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
*Updating spreadsheets with installation information, service requirements and completion information
*Planning workloads and delegating tasks
*Assisting with the daily operation of the Service desk
*Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions, also attending weekly meetings
*Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes
*Ensuring customer SLAs are met within required deadlines
*Customer Reporting and Invoicing on a weekly basis
*Assisting with any other admin tasks within the team
Skills and Experience:
*Excellent Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft packages
*Good national geographical knowledge desirable but not essential
*Previous Team Leader/ Leadership role desirable
*Able to think fast and problem solve efficiently
*Extremely good attention to detail
*Great customer service
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Good organisation skills
