Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our friendly, forward-thinking team, supporting campuses across the UK and Ireland. This is a genuinely exciting time to join OneSchool Global. We are evolving our people practices, introducing new processes and procedures, and driving forward a progressive, change-oriented HR function. You will play a key role in shaping and embedding this approach across a multi-site organisation. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is open to new ways of working, and enjoys building strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Location and Travel
This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel 2–3 days per week, dictated by business need. Travel will include:
*Head Office (currently Warwick, relocating to Coventry in 2026)
Campuses across:
*Northampton
*Wales
*Scotland
*Northern Ireland
Travel is an essential part of the role, enabling you to build relationships, support leaders on-site, and deliver an effective HR service across the UK region.
What you’ll do
*Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability
*Provide hands-on HR support to leaders across multiple campuses
*Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders
*Coach and guide managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
*Support organisational change, including restructures and key HR projects
*Actively contribute to the implementation of new HR processes and ways of working
*Regularly attend sites to support casework, engagement and relationship management
What we’re looking for
*A strong generalist HR background with proven employee relations expertise
*Experience working across multiple sites or regions
*A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
*A dynamic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
*A forward-thinking mindset, open to change and continuous improvement
*Ability to build effective working relationships quickly
*CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
