About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated Electronics Engineers to join our growing team, supporting the service, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems across a range of environments. High Voltage, Marine, Defence and Medical Industry environments.

This role offers flexibility with both site-based positions and field service opportunities, providing variety and the chance to work on cutting-edge equipment in real-world operational settings.
Whether you prefer working at a fixed location or travelling to different client sites, we have opportunities to match your experience and career goals.

Key Responsibilities*Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic systems and equipment.
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fault-finding.
*Install and commission electronic systems where required.
*Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
*Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
*Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring faults and recommending solutions.
Field Service (where applicable)*Attend client sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
*Manage service calls efficiently to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
*Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site.
Site-Based (UK wide where applicable)*Support on-site maintenance operations within a structured engineering environment.
*Work closely with wider engineering and operations teams.
Skills & ExperienceEssential*Experience in electronics service, maintenance, or repair.
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
*Good understanding of electronic components and systems.
*Full UK driving licence (for field-based roles).
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable*HNC/HND or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
*Experience working in regulated or secure environments (e.g. FM, defence, rail, healthcare).
*Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, or communication systems.
*Previous field service experience.
