Salary: OTE: £40,000 per annum

Working with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants, you will arrange viewings, negotiate tenancies and support the entire lettings process.
The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records and contribute to the continued growth of a busy residential lettings department.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
*Responding to landlord and tenant enquiries by telephone, email and in person
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
*Preparing tenancy documentation and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting with the marketing of available properties
*Monitoring local rental market trends and providing client updates
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous lettings experience preferred
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to build relationships with clients and applicants
*Professional and proactive approach to customer service
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Multilingual skills would be advantageous
*Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential
