Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced and professional Call Handler to join our client’s busy office-based team. This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (100+ calls per day)
*Providing excellent customer service at all times
*Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
*Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems
*Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
*Previous experience in a high-volume call handling or contact centre environment
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Good IT and administrative skills
*A reliable and professional approach to work
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday
*08:00am – 5:30pm
*Office-based only
