We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support vulnerable adults at risk within supported accommodation services.
Job Title: Support Worker - Supported Accommodation
Location: Southampton
Working Hours: Full-time | Flexible shifts including weekends & sleep-ins
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-to-one support and key working sessions
* Complete support plans, risk assessments, and case recordings
* Support adults with learning disabilities, mental health and a history of addiction with independent living skills including budgeting, cooking, tenancy readiness, and accessing services
* Work alongside social workers, housing teams, and external agencies
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Experience Required:
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
* Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed support
* Good communication, report writing, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage caseloads and work independently
